Return Policy for Online purchases.
The Customer needs to initiate the request for return within a period of 5 days from the date of delivery. However, Seetu Kohli Home will allow the return of products only in the following cases:
- The product is defective at the time of delivery.
- The product is damaged at the time of delivery.
- The product is different from the description on the website.
Terms and Conditions for Return for Online Purchases.
Once the request has been made by the customer, the replacement procedure shall be initiated and replacement shall be made within 30 days from the date of request for products which are in stock, for products out of stock the replacement will take 5 to 7 weeks. If you don’t get the replacement within the promised date, contact us immediately at our helpline or email.
The return and replacement of the product is subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition
- Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
- Brand packaging should be intact
- The receipt of the original invoice should be available
- No physical damage to the box or to the product
- No return without original packaging and accessories
- Return request should be made within the specified time frame
Where the products cannot be replaced we shall refund you for the same within 15 days after receipt of the product. We shall accordingly mail you confirming the refund within the specified time frame.
If you want to cancel your order, you need to call our help line number +91 99999 66702 or email us at [email protected] before the dispatch of the product(s) as ordered.
However, Seetu Kohli Home can at its own cancel the order in the following event:
- Where the product(s) are no longer available or temporarily out of stock
- Where there are non-serviceable locations
- There is a Restriction on the quantity ordered
- Problems/objections are raised by Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department
- Incomplete or inaccurate address of the customer
In the event any of the aforesaid takes place, Seetu Kohli Home shall inform the customer within 3 days from the date of purchase order. However, if the problem still persists Seetu Kohli Home shall cancel the order after prior intimation to the customer and initiate refund if applicable.
